I don't think lizard litter is good. Its crushed walnut shells right? I would just use some sort of bark but if it works for you, then thats cool

no lizard litter is kinda like saw dust....sort of, i just looked at the package and it didn't really say what it is. I've been using it for about a year and a half. It works well with the forest bed for holding humidity. I'm current building a new cage. Probably then I will us a different substrate.
