been a long time she is now 2yrs old
I think she is wonderful. I have her in two vision cages stacked and bolted together with a hole cut in it, so her cage is a double decker each is 4x2 making a total of 16sq feet of floor space..She loves going from the top to the bottom..Top is cool 76-82 bottom is 85+hot spot
Anyway her is some recent pics of Suki..

can you show me a pic of your vision cage? I own one but I'm curious on the two you bolted together. Good idea

She is in the two bottom ones with the locks.
Right now there is a small hole cut into both cages lined up of course and bolted with 4 bolts..As she gets bigger I will probably enlarge the hole more..the top(middle) cage has newspaper the bottom has aspen to hide in, both cages have flexwatt under them and big water dishes for humidity..It is not very cost effective.Basically each cage was 200 dollars so it would be a 400 dollar cage, I could build a VERY big cage for that.I just happened to have the empty visions handy..these are bad pics, excuse the sorry looking hide boxes she rarely uses them anyway....

this is the bottom cage with the hole in the ceiling

this is the the top cage with the hole in the floor

I use flexwatt heat tape. three panels of the 11inch on the bottom and single panel on the between the two, I also have a small flourescent light that turns on during the day.,,They dont look very pretty or decorative but they serve the purpose and give her lots of room.
Its kinda nice having the newspaper on the top level so I can feed her up there and not have to worry about her ingesting the aspen bedding.

hat is a cool set-up...I think you have a good idea with the 2-story cage! I'm planning on buiding my next cages with shower board and might use that idea!
