Het Albino stands for Heterozygous for Albino. Heterozygous is having two different alleles for a single trait. Which means that the snake looks normal in appearance, but has the "albino" gene in it. If you breed a Het with another het (Albino), you will have a couple albino's in your litter as well as normals, and more hets.

The same goes for DH or Double Heterozygous. Meaning that the snake has two traits. I have 2 DH Snow Boas. Meaning that they appear normal in appearance, but both have the Albino, and Anery gene in them. When bred together, there is a 1/16 chance they will produce a "Snow" Boa. As well as producing normals, hets, albino's, and anery's
