Babies born 4/20!
Well, last week I got home during lunch to find my Albino female dropped a bad litter, all slugs & still borns from that litter!
Today I get home to find my Normal Boa dropped her litter a day earlier than predicted, looks like 20+ live, 3 slugs.
All nice and healthy full term babies! She was bred to my TJ Hypo male from Jeff Ronne and I already see my pic of the group!
I'll let them relax till I get home from work and then start splitting them up, get a final count on total along with Hypos and Normals, place them in their own tubs, take pics, etc.
Pics of mom after dropping litter:

Thanks everyone, mom was 4-1/2yrs old and about 6.5ft.
They'll shed in about 10 days and begin feeding soon afterward.

Nice!...what is it with albino females dropping full loads of slugs and still borns? It's too common for there not to be something to it. Bummer.
On the feeding after gestation...as soon as you clean mom up and get the baby smell out, she will eat. I have always fed new moms the day after they gave birth. None ever made me regret it.
Nothing like the sweet stench of boa afterbirth to get a herper excited. It's the nastiest smell you will ever love.
