Lose Teeth
Do boas start changing teeth when they get older. Yesterday I inspected my female Peruvian's mouth and noticed a tooth was pointing in the wrong direction so I carefully pulled it out. She eats F/T (for those of you that are going to ask) So I was wondering if this is natural or it happened by accident any help would be greatly apreciated.
By the way she is about 4 years old and 7 feet

stryker- could you send me some pics of your adult peruvian please or post them. I want to see how they look as they age older..do they keep there bright colors or do they get darker with age as most BCI's?
My understanding was always that they lose them while eating and all and they do grow back as "sharks" do. Thats why ive always been told at least.

I believe they grow back also. A buddy of mine has a 8 1/2 ft. boa and he showed me a tooth when it lost one. Only thing I can say is I hope I never get bit! lol

before i got my first boa i was at this reptile shop and this guy has a couple large rtb and burms that where his. i talked to him and held them all for like 4 hrs...and he showed me first hand that you can pull there teeth out with your fingers...to show me there flexible and all. I believe thats where i first heard they grow back easily and that they lose them even while eating most of the time.
