Hey, I have one of those.
When do their colors begin the transition to the yellow and brick red? I really, REALLY love the color of adult Belems. I look forward to the change, but it's hard to wait!

Patience is what most people lack in raising and breeding the true redtail boas.. If yours grows up anything like that one you will have an exceptional Boa.
.
Look also at the large, chiseled head and the tall-slim look to the body with an appropriate taper front and rear.. That is the target look for a properly conditioned juvenile BCC redtail. People raising these that lack experience with long-term management or reproductive management of the BCC often get anxious and overfeed them.. many times this proves to be a mistake.
