anyone with northern brazilian BCC ?
I'm being demanding
Would like to see pics of them, and hear all about them. Temperament wise (general), size (max size on males and females) etc etc.
I have read up on them, but would like to hear more about them.
Anyone?
Thats the kind I like, patternwise (pic isn't mine, taken off KS classifieds)

Who cares how their temperment is? Anything that pretty should be allowed to bite any time it wants to.

I have a BELEM Brazilian BCC, and I got it from Gus. She has a great temperament, just a little flinchy.
From what I've read, they range from about 6-8 feet as adults.
Also, their temperament is also going to vary based upon how long they've been kept/bred in captivity. You'll have to ask the breeder how many generations down that Boa is.

Everybody has Boas from Gus
For some reason I thought they would get bigger then that. If a male stayed around the 6 to 8 feet range, that would actually be do-able for me..hm

That's just what I've read. My girl is still only 25 inches, so I don't know how big she's going to get. The only thing I've read was a common length of roughly 6-8 feet in the Belems. I've also read they are one of the smaller localities of BCC... whereas it's pretty common for an adult Suriname to get 9+ feet.
Again, this is only what I've read from numerous sites that seemed to agree. I don't have adult Boas right now and won't for a few years.

N. Brazil redtails..
My Boas are (technically speaking) not North Brazil Boas but are more representative of BCC from the remnant Atlantic coast forests of E. Brazil..
.

.
Both Mike Eckert and Jack Dyer have long-term, excellent projects with No. Brazil BCC.. look them up.
.
Gus.
