Reptile show is this week, the 25th! I'm planning on getting a pair of 100% het for albino's (at least) to breed. If i can't find a decent male and female i dont know what to go for. Maybe anery's or something. Hope they have some adults there for sale! wish me luck

	Heterozygous Heterozygous - the animal carries the gene for a genetic trait but does not outwardly demonstrate the trait. Example: A boa that is het for albino looks normal but carries the albino gene. When it is bred to another het for albino boa or an albino boa, a percentage of the offspring will be albino.

	Anerythristic A recessive genetic mutation in which the animal is void of red pigment.

Well dont get siblings I would get a female and wait a year for the male. Good luck and have fun.

What if he just bought from 2 different breeders? Would that save him the time instead of waiting a year?

I'm also going to the show. I'm looking to find an adult Kenyan Sand boa female. If I can't find any, I'm planning to come home with just dragon supplies. Maybe pick up a female red dragon...

That would be fine but the females need to be at LEAST 3 years old to breed and males should be 2yrs old.

I've got my albino female on the way, now I'm just going to wait awhile and decide whether I want to purchase a het albino male or just an albino male in general from another breeder. I don't like the idea of buying siblings, either. I'mma have a good strong albino blood line.

yeah i wouldnt buy 2 from the same breeder. i know one guy is bringing a few sub adult hypos and pastels and also an adult hypo male. so ill be looking at them for sure. he also has an 100% het anery adult male. Hopefully ill find more adults from others. Need a solid female!
