Pretty snakes. What do you mean "eats a little weird"? Honestly, he's a little thin. What are you feeding him? What were they feeding him before?

he was in shed mod for about 2 weeks.. i just fed him 3 days ago, hes on rat fuzzy's.. he's due for another one in 2 days.. (i feed every 5 days since they are baby's) i thought i was overfeeding them if anything..
When i say he eats werid, when i wav the rat in the air, he will quickly snatch it and constric it.. then leave it alone for a couple mins, then bite it in the mid section again, but hard enough to break the skin on the rat, which makes a mess.. then he will swallow it.. he doesnt do it all the time, but every now and then..

How's his poop looking? nothing but clumps of fur? The problem with feeding a boa on a 5 day schedule is that they have a slow metabolism and they really need a couple more days to properly digest and regain gut flora. Prolonged feeding this way could cause him to have digestion problems resulting in malnutrition and regurging problems. I don't think he was being fed enough before you got him. It's really not fair though to judge this by that one photo where his sides look boney...it could be from needing to shed I guess...but any way, if he does need to put on a little weight, it's not wise to try and fatten him up overnight by overfeeding. That usually ends up working in reverse.

i just switched him to rat fuzzie's, he was on pinkies before, but those were way to small, i havnt noticed any fur yet, when i did some spot cleaning in his cage just a couple mins ago i found a pretty good sized poop, black and white.. not sure what that means? he digested the last rat pretty well, atleast from what i can see, the lump its totally gone.. are you saying i should hold off and put him on a 7 day feeding pattern?

Yes. Baby cornsnakes and other colubrids do ok for awhile on a 5 day schedule. Boas and pythons tend to become problematic.

he's about the same size as my judas, he was looking like that when i first got him now he's doing better i think, still a little wrinkly when he bends at certain ways but he's getting heavy, he's 25" long and his weight is about 4-5 oz according to my scale.
