Regurge Signs?
What are the signs that a redtail is going to regurge? any distinctive ones?

The snake will lose some energy then start acting like it is going to strike when it is working up its meal. At least thats what happened with my boa.
Hope this helps.

You'll notice it being unusually active. You should get used to your boas activity schedule. Mine is usually active at night and MAYBE once per day. If it's been a couple of days after they ate and they are unusually active for an hour or so, then I'd be concerned. This usually tells me they either need to poop, or regurge, or something else is bothering them. You've noticed your boa being active right before it poops right? It's about the same thing.
A good idea is to also check where the food is when it's being digested if your boa is ever becoming active while digestion is occuring. Pick up the part of his body that has the food in it and run your finger along his belly. Check to see that there's nothing really solid right there, and that he's turning that rodent into poop!
So long as you are holding your temperatures okay, I wouldn't worry about a regurge. And once the snake starts showing signs of a regurge, there's not much you can do to reverse it... so, just make sure you hold your temperatures.

Go buy a dimmer switch. You can run your bulbs at anywhere from full to 1/4 power. Seriously for a 20-gallon they are perfect if you're using a 100-watt bulb or ceramic heater. Go buy one. They are around 20 bucks.

90 is still a little high. Your boa probably won't like 90 all the time. Mine gets to 90 at the max, and that's when I put a little extra heat to help him digest. I try to keep him around 86 or 87 on the warm side.
Sounds like you're getting close though...
