I dub thee, "Phantom Boa"
Some of you may remember this little gem popping out. He certainly falls within the definition of a Hypo (reduced melanin). But he is only past his second shed, so of course, he cannot be proven out yet. None-the-less, I named him "Phantom". If he is to be later called a "Phantom Hypo", time will tell. He has dramatic changes in his color from what you see here to a gun metal grey when he is cool. The virtual lack of side patterns is incredible. Of course, "reduced side patterns" is what defines a "Pastel". But it is almost like someone took his saddles and erased most of the black and faded the tail. Very strange little boa. The next few years will be interesting.
His lineage is a bit odd. His mother was the product of a male WC supposed black Central American Anery and the mother was a "pet shop boa" (probably Colombian). The mother was one a few from that litter that exhibited the gun metal gray pigment. The previous owner put her with her sibling male during cage renovations since they were both small (about 5'). I guess the size comes from the CA side of the family as she dropped babies shortly after coming here. So this "Phantom" is mainly Central American.
Photos after his second shed taken tonight:

VERY NICE! I have a pair of yearlings that I just picked up a couple of months ago that show the same reduced patterns, but they are more of a redish color. I will try to post pics soon, as they are both in blue right now.
Again, CONGRATS on that beauty!

You lucked out as far as I can see. Would you think this would be genetic since he is one of two with this hypo look right? Showing my ignorance here...imagine that.
