Vitamin supplements: Key or NO?

Hey guys, new to the forums... just got my first colombian red tail from boastore.com. Can't wait for it to arrive in the mail! I have been researching like crazy, and have a question about vitamins. It seems that alot of people think they are entirely unessescary, but I want to feed my boa frozen food and I hear that frozen food loses its vitamins so you have to supplement every now and then... whats the last word on this subject? Do u or don't u?

With snakes, dont worry about dusting and such, yes frozen does loose a little, but not much. Just feed the right size rodent for your critter and your all set.

Also, in some situations, too much is too much. So yes, it might do some good, it could also do a lot of harm if their body cant process that much of a specific thing.

i agree, suppliments not needed for a healthy snake.
