The internet is chock full of great information and helpful people regarding captive reptiles, but as any field researcher will tell you, it's pretty much a ghost town in regard to field data. With some things the two are interchangeable, but in many cases they aren't.
Example: What percentage of the wild guyanan rtb's diet consists of birds? Honestly, I would be surprised if this data exists for this locality at all, but I wouldn't go looking for it here. Different tools for different jobs, is all.
