New female boa
Here is Deiz (10 in spanish). She's of course, 10 feet long. She's a new member to our family of reptiles. I got her from Jasballs (John) on Sunday. She's an awesome snake to have. Her markings on her tail is cool, and so is her appitite..lol. This girl acts like she's starved...lol
Hope you all like her pictures. She's a little shy.

challenger: She's in a home made built cage lol
The cage is the same size as a boaphile cage. 48" cage. I'm building more cages for the rest of the family... but since I don't have my 6' cages built yet, I put her in my 4' cage, and she fits right in with out a problem. But sooner or later, she'll be needing some more room

oh yeah challenger, they CAN get this big. It would depend on age I think. She's about 10 years old. And still a virgin. Plans are to breed her next season with the rest of my other 2 females (unless I inquire more females by then)...lol.
I keep taking in snakes, and I'm starting to run out of room...lol.

I have heard a 6Lx3Wx2H is good enough for an adult. Sometimes these snakes get so big they amaze me. I remember seeing a 12 ft female in a petshop for $300 and when I was going to buy her she was gone :*( She was awesome but they usually get these large snakes in and sell them for little because no one wants them.
