Looks like a Central American boa to me...could be a mix though...It's pretty clean for a CA but the saddle grouping is a bit odd for a Colombian or other BCI locale...So My guess is at least part CA..Possibly Nicaraguan. Does it hiss alot and maybe throw a bluff strike at you now and then?

I can id that Boa absolutely as:
One that will rid us of large quantities of ugly disgusting rodents
A very nice loooking BCI and finally whatever Julius says.
One other thing-if it can throw a strike chances are good it is from the Dominican Republic just like 70% of players in MLB
