Red tree boa?

When I woke up this morning my 5 month old female colombian red tail was sleeping way up in her big tree/ branch thing and has been sleeping there all day, the temps and humidity are great and the cages ground isnt hot or cold, so is this normal? (Ive had her for about a week)

nothing wrong with that. in the wild, young boas may get off of the ground to avoid predators.

yup... my 5 month old loves his branches... he's up there quite often
