First Boa
Today I got my first boa  its a male columbian pastel (BCI), the only thing that sucks about it is i had to get rid of my 2 BP's

i dont think i could trade away my ball for anything. Ive had him 3 years and no snake could mean more to me, so to speak. Not to say i wouldnt because i know it will never happen. but rght now i dont think i could even trade him to someone who wanted to give me a BHP in his place

it was hard for me too i miss the bigger one had him about 4months but never really got attached to the other it was hard and i had secod thoughes but building a new tank and everything would have been to much for me right now plus the place where i traded them too is a snake museum/reptile shop so i know they are in good hands

ill try to get pics up but it will be awhile unless i can get my webcam focused in good probably when i feed him trying to let him get used to his tank and not handle him for a week or so but its hard  lol

are most of ur younger boa (less then a year) mostlyarboreal because it seems like hes hardley ever on the ground the first night i got him he spent the night on top of the thermastat thanks for ur input

Yeah, my colombain is pretty aboreal, lately shes been sleeping in the day at the top of her big branch/ tree thing and shes all over it at night.
