Ziggy's death report
I Was told poor ziggy had a heart defect that should have taken him a long time ago.....I asked the vet why we were not informed of this he said because his heart was functioning without the defct being noticable by normal check ups...so anyway ziggy is coming home tomorrow and looking for a stuffer!

Re: Ziggy's death report
It's a nice way to honour your pet, I think. If I had my way (and the funds to get it done) my home would be filled with all my dearly loved, long gone pets....but where would the live ones go...???

Reptiles are generally Freeze Dried rather than stuffed. But it all looks pretty much the same.

Re: Ziggy's death report
Very sorry for your loss. We thought about preserving our water monitor, but it was too heart breaking. Instead we had her cremated and she has a shrine with her ashes and incense.

Ziggy was 1 of my African Grays.......I will have to post a pic of him.........Unfortunly I have not posted since my bad day the other day But I woke up to fine my other Gray Zero was not lookin good. After a run to the vet they could find nothing wrong with him, and they decided to keep him for observation...BUT ZERO DID NOT MAKE IT.......Vet did not charge me for the visit or anything and he is doing a necropsy for nothing....But he seems to think Zero died of a Broken heart from missing ziggy........They have lived in the same cage for the last 7 tears..so
