I report with great sadness
My Ziggy
my african grey passed away today.........he will be so sadly missed......no more I'm a rottweiler ruff ruff..no more Shark bait hoo ha ha.....Or any of the other cute and loving things he used to say and do........We love ya zig zig

Ziggy was only 14yrs old.....But I cannot truly say as I was his second owner and received him when they told me he was 2......Ziggy showed no signs of sickness or any stress!.....And he was truly the life of the room no matter what room he was in!
he did many fun things and enjoyed them all....Said alot he shouldnt have said but you know birds never forget anything and his previous owner was a bail bondsman who didnt use very nice Language.....Anyway I know we miss him and he will never be forgotten.......Now i just worry my other grey may get lonely...They were a pair of grumpy ole men i called them.....they actually fought just like 2 old men.telling each other to shut up and so forth!....ok im babbling..THANK YOU EVERYONE for your condolences!

Bubba I am so sorry about Ziggy. As he died apparently unexpectedly, perhaps you might check out the other one just to be sure it was not something contagious.....
They are so very long lived and so very intelligent, the other one will miss him terribly, maybe even more than you all.

Ziggy is in the hands of the vet.thats the first thing i did..cause I do have other birds and worry bout them....When he is done.I will get him back....if nothing contagious...Im going to see about having im stuffed...Call me crazy i guess!
