Redtail Hawk
On my way to Jill's yesterday I saw this Redtail Hawk. Another was right above doing lookout 
I am told this Redtail Hawk is around 3-4 years old:

Great pics. One way you can tell if a redtail hawk is juvenile or not... is if the tail isn't red, it's still juvenile.
