How many times a day do babies need to be fed? I heard they have to be fed a few times a day and how is that possible if your at work for 9 hours? Thats one of the things that has always held me back from getting one. That and finding a sitter for when Im out of town for a few days at a time. hahaha I guess its just not meant to be hahahaha So I'll just have to drool over Morti's.

Karen, I put fresh greens in with the little guy in the morning and he chomps on them through the day. Then I hand feed him whatever greens are left when I get home from work. After the greens he chows down on 5-6 crickets.

This little guy is great! I do mean little too. I did not realize how small they are until I went to Morti's tonight to help him out with some pics. Zeus has so much personality too. That kid lucked into a great little home.
Good luck with him Morti!

Yes....yes he did. When Morti called from the reptile show asking if he could get him, I almost said no. I'm glad I didn't. Zeus is a great beardie and he is (of course) going to be spoiled rotten.

Barry, I don't hand feed the crix to him... he runs around like mad going for them. Really cute!
Kogoz, he is 9 weeks old and about 5.5 inches nose to tail, but I swear he has grown some just in the week I have had him.

I think this kid has just grown in response to the fact that I just put a 10% UV light on him tonight. I think he likes it. Maybe he can just see his crickets better now.
