Generally the breading season for beardies starts in the spring, and can run through the summer, though it doesn't always. If you want the best chances at breeding them, make sure the temps are right, that they have enough space to feel comfortable, and many people recomend brumating them for 3 to 4 months in the winter. Also, many have reported success by seperating the male for a while, then introducing the female to the male, in his enclosure.

i do keep them in seperate enclosures already. just because of how large mufasa is. i would be worried about him taking over all the food. we do feed them outside the enclosure just because of the amount of wood in there. when you clean you find the &quot;fugitive&quot; crickets everywher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
