I'm new to the shedig deal, I havnt relaly had much to deal with it because he's been growing pretty slow. now he jsut has his 2nd shed today, and although its cute, he's rubbing his head on his rock, and tree to get off the skin off his head, is this normal? and what are some other things I could do help him out, or watch out for incase somthing goes wrong with his sheding. thanks for the help in advance

Thats completly normal. I once watched my 6tft boa turn his head completly upside down and dragged it along the dirt to remove skin from the top of his head. Just make sure the humidty is high enough and that the caps over the eyes come off. you shouldn't have a problem if the snake is healthy. For the humidty, misting the cage with water should be enough.

do you reilise you're in the bearded dragon forum? lol yea, well snakes, they shed the same way. so I need to get a somthing to mesure the humity, do reptiles go to the water dish on there own if the skin isn't coming off well? I'd asume the water would be what they would look for in the wild eh? and yea, his eye caps, thats what he was getting off, I didn't get a close look, but it looked like hegot a good chunk of it off, I supose he'll stop for the day thought, because I jsut shut off his ligths.
