They are the mini "beardless" Bearded Dragon. (Pogona Rankini aka Pogona Henrylawsoni aka Pogona Brevis) They only get about 13 inches, but are kept the same way as Pogona Vitticeps.

their care is similar to bearded dragons as reptscue said but they need cooler temperatures than the bearded dragons( 90f under the spotlight, with a gradient of 80f in the centre and 70-75f )

Very similar.
They obviously don't have a beard and as many spikes.

hmmm...to be honest, Ive never noticed this "beard" at all the pictures ive seen, ive never seen a full grown one in person so I have no idea. I just own a baby.
