More eating problems
Hello all of you, the weather is picking up and the animals are restless. But alas, I have a 100% Citrus male that I picked up from a reputiple breeder and now that I have him here. I just can't seem to get him to eat. I have made sure the temps are rite. The setting is calm. He has no stress marks. But actually let me tell you something else. He does eat, just not quite like he should. By the time he eats, most of the apropriate size dusted crickets have most of the calcium off of them. So, its also getting hard to get the suppliments rite as well.
Currently he is in a 20 gallon glass tank that is wrap in white paper to keep stress level down. He can not see any other animals. Has 110 on hot side and 85 on cool side during the day. The temp drop here at night goes to 73 degrees. He takes water ever day from a mister. He actually reconizes it when it comes to his mouth. Oh, yeah. the UV light is a repti 10.0 florecent, that is placed 4" above the bottom of the cage. Its reading with solar meter is at 120Nm.
So, I really cant see what I am doing wrong? I have 4 other dragons and all are just fine.
Help, please let me know if I have missed anything.
