Is this a normal shed
My guy has been shedding and is pretty well done except a patch on his back. I noticed today that the scales are a little different on the shedding part and want to know if this is common

Do you mist your beardies? I mist mine occaisionally, especially during shed and they love to sit there and "bathe". Helps with the funky odd shed that's stubborn to come off too.

I bath him regularly. Maybe more then I should but when I got him he had what appeared to be 2-3 old sheds stuck on his tail so I was giving him baths ever day for about 4 days (complete with mineral oil after he got out) misting with shed ease (ya I know its junk but 1) it smells purdy and 2) its mostly water so cant hurt) and then I bathed him every second day for a while. He also has a lagoon he sits in regularly. I got the tail cleaned off but the bank there has some odd colored scales and I was worried he might have got a fungas or something from my bathing trying to deal with the tail
