Hot side vs cool side

What should the hot side of the tank be compared to the cool side of the tank?

The warm end of the enclosure should generally range between 87-91*F. The cool should be about 75-80*F. Be sure to measure your temps with a tempgun or digital thermometer w/a probe.

Also, there needs to be a basking spot. Beardies need a basking spot of at least 95* in order to properly digest. Babies will prefer a range of 100-110 because they have little fat, while big heavy adulty like their basking spot to be between 95-105.

Generally, I would keep it at about 105 at all times for any age.

I keep my basking spot anywhere from 110 to 120.
My warm side outside of that spot is around 90 and the cooler side goes down around 75-70 depending on the time of year....I find they do better with more heat on their basking site.
