Possible WOW auction

Yes,thats right a possible World Of Warcraft character auction. I am thinking of retiring my lvl 70 gnome mage. If I can get enough people interested I may just auction him off. Anyone....?
I have a flying mount and epic mount...can't remember what else...been a while since I last played

lol ok XD I wont tell if you wont! I only know this cause I tried to auction off my account a while back on ebay T.T I didnt get to keep it up very long, it got removed by ebay.

I was curious so I went to the WOW legal section. Here is what it says:

Ownership/Selling of the Account or Virtual Items.
Blizzard does not recognize the transfer of Accounts. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall be null and void. Blizzard owns, has licensed, or otherwise has rights to all of the content that appears in the Program. You agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Game, or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored on the Service. Blizzard does not recognize any virtual property transfers executed outside of the Game or the purported sale, gift or trade in the "real world" of anything related to the Game. Accordingly, you may not sell items for "real" money or otherwise exchange items for value outside of the Game

In addition, it says that they may delete an account for breach, which means if you pay a lot of money to buy someone else's account WOW can simply delete it and you will have no recourse with WOW.

Somebody bought an account for €7k and blizz ended up banning it ^_^. But i wanna sell my acc too :P 3 lvl 70s \m/

People sell their accounts all the time, heck there are even large scale sites that give minimum prices for things and mass buy then re-sell.

I'm tired, but yeah. And you can auction on e-bay, you just have to be verified and do a 1-day auction so Blizz can't file to have it removed in time.
