quarentine is an issue craig....but I really really don't want to lose my girl so I want her to be a good bit larger than she is before I attempt to breed her...maybe next year...just have to see how things go with her sizewise...but I am in the market for one more male and one or two more female adults...Ive just been taking my time looking for tame ones...although I think I may actually be interested in an aggressive male for obvious breeding reasons.

I understand how you feel! I wasn't quite sure how big or old your female was. I have yet to find an emmy that won't tame down enough to be handled, although we don't handle ours on a routine basis. I have found that even the most aggressive new comer, eventually does become accustomed to being handled to the point of not stricking unless startled.
