Those snakes are gorgous.. Only if they were nicer an let people handle them i would invest.. but i heard most tree snakes like 2 be left alone.. For me, something that sits in its cage, bites me at will and eats food i buy.. is a waste of money, haha

StaticKaos,
I have yet to be bitten by any of our adult or sub-adult basin emeralds. For that matter none of our northern emeralds have tendencies to bite, unless stressed. No they are not "walk around with one drapped around my neck" snakes, but we have found they to be very docile. But, to each their own.

Statickaos,
Maybe you were thinking about amazon tree boas, I have heard they have more tendency to bite! Also for you and Boaguy, here is a link to what we have available! Statickaos,
You can dream! The prices we are offering are quite reasonable, considering that the animal pictured above was $2,700.00 and his offspring, in about seven years, will be in that range.

Ryan.
I have heard that some folks attempt breeding in 4.5 to 5 years, but 5-6 seems to be about the norm. He was born in 2000. Since we only have one female that I would want to breed him to and the older male gets first dibs, LOL, he has to wait. You never know though, maybe I'll pick up another girl, just for him!
