Questions Amazon Tree Boa

Are these boas usually captive bred or wildcaught? They they hunt on the ground also? Is it true that they strike at incandescent light bulbs? How long is a baby/hatchling? Does it take long for them to go from pinkie mice to fuzzies? please answer any of these questions if you can. thanks
