Emerald feeding video at night
As promised in my last thread I filmed my adult pair of emeralds eating last night. It is a DIVX movie so please make sure you have the proper codec installed to view it. There are some really good closeups that you should enjoy. I am sorry about some of the shadows. I was wearing a red lens light on my head for light and it was sometimes hard to coordinate with the camera and still keep an eye on what they were doing. The movie is 95mb and about 18 minutes long. I do have a higher quality MPEG, but it is much larger. If anyone that has a high bandwidth connection would like to see that instead just tell me and I will post a link to it.

Enjoy!

Has anyone gotten the video downloaded yet? I hope it is not too slow. I have tried to up my bandwidth to my server to help this, but there may be several people trying at one time.

You will probably want to just right click it and "save target as"
SOrry if it is slow downloading. Probably several people are trying at once.

Sorry about the slowdown. I will see what I can do to speed it up or upload it to a faster server for better download speed. All I can think of is that a bunch of people started the download this morning when I first posted it and that they are still downloading now with the depleted bandwidth.
Let me see what I can do.

That is pretty good for my connection with 2-3 people downloading at the same time. I am glad that somebody is finally getting to download it. It turns out that my new neighboor was trying to steal some cable and was mesing with the cable tap which is in his back yard. In the process he disconnected me and put in a splitter which was the wrong type and was killing my bandwidth. Once I found out and explained to him that he was screwing up my connection he put it back the way it was and everything it working fine now. Darn kids!

Ok, I finally got it, took about 45 min to download... when I try to view in Windows Media Player I get an error "Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error" gee, never seen that kind of error before haha
Anyways, I am not all that PC savy *not for the past 5 years anyways, I got left in the dust!* so I don't know what is wrong...

You probably just need the DIVX codec for your computer. You can download it here:
http://www.divx.com/divx/play/download/
And I promise that it won't take but a minute or two.LOL!

woo hoo it worked! Pretty cool, you sure move around a lot (just teasing). I like how the one started to eat the rat butt first and the close up mouth shots at the end, thanks for sharing!! Glad I could finally see it.
