GTPs and ATB pics!

I just got this pair in a trade, my first GTPs, I am so excited!
This is the female, sorry it's such a bad pic! She is a CBB '03 jayapura type and is just now going thru the color change (she started trying to shed during shipment) I can see lots of green and dare I hope? some blue on the back!

This is the male, CBB '01 lereh type, really calm snake (althought maybe that was just shipping stress? lol) very pretty green with yellow on both sides of the belly and some yellow flecks...

All the girls at my office were very excited and 3 of them got to touch a snake for the very first time! Here I am holding him after getting him out of the snake bag..

I guess since I was told they are 'lereh' and 'jayapura' types I could just call them 'mainland types' or just gtps lol.
I am so excited to have these new species!

I also wanted to get some updated pics of the ATB I got from JuliusSqueezer, this was from his 12/25/01 litter, she has grown so much (and still has never bitten!)

Any opinions? Thanks for checking them out!

i love that male gtp!! he's absolutely stunning as well as the jaya female! but the atb however looks like she wants to bite your nose. lol

yup, she was starting to look at my face like she was hungry, that's why I was holding her so far out! lol

I want to get a BCC tat that wraps around and over the one on my upper arm (it's been there since I was 16 and needs touch up *bad*) and eventually full sleeves... however my b/f isn't to keen on that idea, don't know what his problem is!

Awesome male GTB. Good pictures too. Where did you get the GTP and how much?

You know, in the third picture down, you sure look like Julia Roberts, which I consider to be a good thing.

hey thanks! I've heard the Julia comment from time to time over the years, more so if I take the time to bother with make up and all that junk

I got the GTPs in a trade from Tom at M&M herps, it was a one-of-a-kind situation due to some personal problems, basically he couldn't keep these two higher maintance snakes so he offered to trade them for one of the two albino babies I kept from my '03 litter and she is now living there as his pet (he already sold his other gtps including the parents of the female).

Yes I was thinking Julia too. Now you just need to make her money so you can buy all the Arboreals you want. Very nice pictures everyone knows I am a Chondro freek just make sure you make room they are more addicting than any other snake I have owned. But my Albino Bloods are giving them their run for the money.

I keep hearing people say that once I get two I will get two more.. I got this pair to use in a display cage (not housed togehter tho!) for the living room once we buy a house (hopefully this year). My b/f won't let me keep any snakes in any room except the snake room or the quarantine room (which is just an empty bedroom) but he said if I ever got GTPs I could have a nice display cage.
Here is an updated pic of the female, I am doing my best not to bother them too much but I couldn't stop myself from snapping a pic.. She started to shed the day she was shipped out and is having a really hard time getting the shed off. I have her humidity up and am hoping she can get it off herself, otherwise she's going into a shed-box this weekend. It's hard to see in this pic since the camera flash reflected back up off the old skin overlay but she is a really nice green color and her eyes are bright red!
