If they are arboreal would a 3.5ft x 3.5ft x 4.5ft high tank be a suitable home for one, as it would put another snake on my list of residents for an old vivarium when I build a new one.

brbs are indeed arboreal.they arent entirely arboreal though.they do do some hanging out on the ground often.the size cage u have should do just fine for your brb.have fun with ur brb.i am actually looking for one right now.i think i am goin to buy one tomorrow.
