Beech is the last of the halloween amazons that were born here Christmas morning. It took me awhile but I know they all went to great homes. He deveoped a hard knot on his head so I was going to keep him. Didn't know if something bad was wrong and didn't want anyone else to have to deal with it....but he shed and it went away so I guess it was probably a bite from one of his siblings. He shed again since then and the knot never came back so I guess all is well with him. He looks good Michelle enjoy

That is one gorgeous ammie. His pattern is really nice. That cage setup is also really awesome. Are those real plants? It looks like he'll have a lot of fun hiding in there.

Those are silk plants, Bettina. He made himself right at home! He is now curled up near the top on a couple of leaves. I'm glad he likes it in there. He is absolutely precious.

Hey Michelle, this little guy will grow on ya. If you think you like him now give it a few weeks! Mine is definatly one of my favorites...even if he does bite me several times EVERY time I get him out.
He is a great looking little guy. I love your set up too!

I just love this little guy!!!!
He's nipped me only once and I had him out for an hour. Not too bad!! He did it only because I had him too close to my face as I was taking a drink of my Frappuccino and he got my finger..hehehe...didn't hurt or break the skin, but I sure could feel his baby teeth...lmao

He's actually getting better about the nippy thing. Now he will cruise up my face to get to my ponytail, wrap around it and stay there for quite a while..lol. He didn't try to bite when I unwrapped him. Very mellow for a tree boa, I love it!! When I fed him last night, he sniffed the pinks before striking them, so he has already learned that not everything that enters his home is food
