Those versicolors look awesome, who did you get them from? I don't remember seeing that boa, but I can see why it caught your eye.

So, you ended up getting those versicolors, very neat, I would love to raise one from a baby.
And wow that boa is gorgeous, congrats on the new additions!

Re: These pick ups are a bit different ;)
i hope so too!! these are my very first Ts.....apparently babies can be hard to care for cause they need humidity, but also lots of ventilation. plus they are arboreal and like to be above ground. we have them set up in these spare cricket containers that have little tiny ventilation holes on all sides, all the way up and down, i think thats enough ventilation. all 3 of them have built their little webs up in one corner and they are just chillin lol. im planning on putting some fake plant leaves in there cause i read that they might like something else to hide in and build their webs on

Sounds like you have it together! I've only kept desert T's... where are these from & how big do they get?

Re: These pick ups are a bit different ;)
I've had a few.
cobalt blues, mexican red knees' , baboon's, and one or two other misc species.
I really liked them, and have been on the fence about setting up a few enclosures for Avic's.
to be honest, I paid very little attention to them when I had them.
made sure they had moisture, and fed them once/twice a week, much like a snake, and they seemed happy.
yours look really nice, I can't wait to see pics of how they mature!

Re: These pick ups are a bit different ;)
I like the look of those for sure. If I were to get a spider, man, it would have to be pretty like that. Good luck with them BL. Im sure you'll do just fine.

Re: These pick ups are a bit different ;)
Don't be discouraged, BL! They're good size When they're super small (way smaller than that) they can be insane to care for. Just keep them ventilated enough and a little moist and they're good. My little guy is just a tad bigger than those

Re: These pick ups are a bit different ;)
BL, you're gonna do fine. I raised my adult versicolor from a sling at 3/4". It's very rewarding to be able to say that.
Toker... metallicas don't look anything like these guys. They have pink legs with black socks.
