Re: Creepy Crawlies <3
I guess this isn't the right place to say that I killed a spider this morning that was Lenny's size. I tried to save it and put it outside, but it was too big, too creepy, and moving too fast. My phobia got the best of me.

Re: Creepy Crawlies <3
Looking good Sam... if you get me some belly shots of the smithi and rosea I could tell you if they are boys or girls for ya (if you don't know already).
SG..... no it isn't a good place to say that.... Wouldn't see us telling people about us killing a snake on someone's post.(if we were scared of snakes) Poor little defenseless spider.

Re: Creepy Crawlies <3
I don't blame you! I've been talking to my roommate (who has been surprisingly receptive) about getting a Tarantula after I finally get a Gargoyle or a Crestie, just so there wouldn't be any, err, excess crickets if the Gecko didn't finish them all.
. . . . (She didn't believe that excuse, either).

By the looks of the pictures you posted... it looks like the rosea is a boy(sorry), and I can't really tell the smithi. If you can get clearer pictures I can definately tell ya.

Re: Creepy Crawlies <3
Get better pictures of them both.... If you can pinch home them it would be better... by that I mean like this....

I have some adult females over here... when he matures you could do a breeding loan and get lots of babies back. You could trade the slings for something you want or sell them yourself. I just hate to see a male's destiny not filled.

Wow. they just seem so small still, i dont want to hurt them holding 'em like that I suppose i can try though.
and if it is the case that they are boys, I'd definitely be interested in the breeding loan, i wouldn't want my little boy to go his whole life without ever getting some action :P
