They are wonderful spiders. I love the construction of their webs(the zig-zag pattern in the middle).
One of the vets I work for takes photos for a hobby and happened to get one in her garden and took pictures for me. Their on my wall. One of my favorite pictures.

Our common name for them here is Writing Spiders. For many years our Grandparents told us if we tore their web down they would rebuild it and write our name on it and from there we were doomed.
Awsome colors on them but still the one spider that creeps me out the most!
