Hey BWW. One question on this. I think it is getting a lil thin, does it look thin to you at all.
I have had trouble finding care sheets on this lil one and a friend told me to only feed her once a week but, I see her butt getting thinner, at least it seems that way to me. Eddie and I were not sure if this is supose to happen as they get older or if I am just under feeding her. Any suggestions? I also have a pic of her on the glass so you can see her underside like you said you needed to be able to tell if it is male or female.

And the other one I was asking about, the Black Velvet. I still have not found a pic of the one I saw before to show you. As soon as I can locate one I will see if you can give me any info on it.
Thanks for all your help.

OK, I think I found him. The only difference is the pinkish color in this one but, could be because the one I saw was a baby and those colors have not come out yet.
Anyway, here is the properties of the pic, I didn't want to post it since it is not my pic and I do not have permission to use thier pic.

Thanks.

If it was listed as a Brazilian black velvet, the one you saw then that is inded the T you saw but if it was just a small baby then yeah it wouldnt have had its adult colors.. See there are a lot of Ts that are being miss labled.. But if that really was a Brazilian Black Velvet then it would have been a real nice T to have.. Have you been thinkin about getting anymore T's???

I have been thinking of getting another T. I keep thinking about the black velvet and now that I know exactly what it is, well..... we will just have to see if I can find one of those. Can you tell me about their temperment at all? Not sure if they are one of the more aggresive ones or what. I have looked at the T's in our area and all that is for sale around here are the striped knee, rose hair, and pink toe. I wanted to see about finding something different. There are just too many of those around and of course.... I want to be different.

I really appreciate your help and I hope everything is going well, for you and Cassie.
I am thinking about you guys.

Aaaaawwww Thanks GizmO, as far as the brazilian black velvets go yes they are alittle more agressive than say your handable T's like rose hairs and pink toes and mexican red knees.. Are you looking for pretty color, handable, non handable, big when full grown or anything else?? Ya gota give me a clue.. If you wana get lists of T's for sale try under classifieds, inverts on kingsnake.com as there are many diffrent T dealers there and they each have there own lists you can go thru... I am still wantting to get a mexican red rump and a brazilian black-G. Pulchra and a red phase rose hair... Cassie says hi.. Let me know what T you decide on...

I really want one that will be up to medium sized, not too hot, pretty display T, aggression really doesn't matter, since clean up can be made safer with the proper tools.
I like the black, iredescent ones.
they are sweet looking!
