Horn Worms

Look really crazy...

And are thoroughly enjoyed by lizards!

Thanks for the recommendation, Raze. I'm almost out of hornworms now! But the lizards loved them, and the company was great to work with.

Ohhhh that's so disconcerting.... $20 in hornworms last like... 2 feedings for 2 lizards. x.x Eek.

Re: Horn Worms

Wow, those worms sure look weird. Is there any purpose to them dragging the worm through the dirt like that?

Re: Horn Worms

This is off topic, but when I was little we had a "hornworm epidemic" in my mom's garden, when all of her tomato bushes were overrun with them. I absolutely loved them and kept them as "pets" until they metamophosized (dont criticize my word). My mom hated it, because I wouldn't let her kill any of them, and I keep picking branches off her tomato plants to feed them. Thank god my mom is a patient person. Anyway, I think I may have to order some of those for my little rough neck...he seems to be a picky eater.
