Chaco Golden Stripe knee,, What a bummer not what i had hoped for...

She wouldnt think twice about attacking your hands or what ever ya stick in the cage..These are Ts your supose to be able to handle and work with no probs..I guess i just ended up with one mean mama..LOL!! Are you sure she would continue attacking if you just hold still?

When I first put my hand in front of Charlotte, she'll raise her front legs and padipalps and charge into my fingers like she's on the hunt... But once she touches me and figures out I'm not a cricket, she puts her legs down and is her normal sweet self again.

Most folks that try to pick her up take it as an attack and jerk away, swearing that she tried to bite 'em.

Tracey knows her spiders, if she says its mean, it must be.
All spiders have different personalities, My curly and chilean rose have tried to bite before now. Despite being extremely docile and handleable most of the time. So far, only my P. regalis hasnt tried to bite, this worries me. I dont trust it. With those beady eyes. Its biding its time i tells yah!

[img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_cool.gif[/img] [img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_cool.gif[/img] Hey Rich,, My indian ornamental is 11" and shes one that hasnt tried to bite or attack me nither, i can work around her and work in her cage and transfer her to a container for cage cleaning and have no probs with her but she is fast and i still dont trust her.. But she sure dont act like some that i have that are very agressive,,and that really makes me happy..Shes very beautiful and awsome looking.. My curly hairs are growing very fast and eat like pigs..My green bottle blue is just drop dead gorgeous. My giant white knees are just huge and eat like there is no tomarrow, never refusing a meal even right up to a molt..And good ol Lizzy shes still with me and doing well.. I dont trust it, even my tamest spider has shown aggression, this spider just freaks me out. Why wont it bite?

yeah tracey that is a big chaco you have there, oh yes pokies my fav ,regalis are absolutly beautiful as are all the other pokies, i can;t see enough of them to bad their habitat is being destroyed at huge rates which is where captive breeding may actualy save the species, hey tracey i'll be getting 7 pokies this week i already paid for them! (1) 1.5'' redslate, (2) 1.5'' salems, (3) 1.5'' ornatas, and yes another 6'' FEMALE regalis, whhoooooo i can't sleep at night i keep thinking about them, oh man friday is so far away ,maybe i'll sleep for the next 3-4 days arrrgghhhhh--Jeff by the way i got them from buck tedrow he is having some awesome awesome deals right now, really cheap on some stuff

I have my Chilean rose and curly hair for holding.

I prefer the meaner spiders, they seem to have much more personality than the docile ones.

[img]modules/Forum/images/smiles/icon_confused.gif[/img] Now she has her BPs and that makes her happy... seems like all Ts have diffrent personalities, i have so many of the same type but hey they are all diffrent in there own ways..Now put a Brazilian Black, G.Pulchra in my hands you might not get it back...hehehehe!!!
