Fishing spider?
This guy lives in my pond. You can see the web to the right. He or she was very intently watching a bunch of minnows in the water. Do you think it could grab one and eat it?

Nice shot, although i am no expert on arachnoids. But to me that looks to be a green linx. I think thats how its spelled.. I had a pair in the bushes out front and research on them. The only interesting thing that I found was that they can and do spit venom up to 7" away at there victims..
