I've had these for a week, and while they are mostly feeders I have fallen in love and am going to start a colony so that I could both keep as pets and have a ready source of food for my tarantulas. Doubt you'll like them but anyway ENJOY!
Yes that is one sitting on my hand, just before it decided to scoot upwards lol
This is a nymph who will one day moult and end up like the ones above

LOL at the last Columbia SC reptile show, friday night at the vendor gathering after we set up our tables for the show starting Saturday morning, someone caught a cockroach crawling across the floor. We put it in a delicup and labled it "Periplaneta Americana - Non hissing cockroach", priced it for a dollar and since John Pullian had already left for the hotel, we put it on his table amongst all his snakes. Pretty early saturday morning, he asked if we had any more because he sold that one right away! LOL. I didn't believe him, till I saw a kid proudly carrying it around. I love shows where people will freaking buy anything!

Well they do say that hindsight is 20/20
I am so fascinated by these things, they are just so freaking incredible, I only took the two adults and four nymphs, wish I took more now as I'm down to one nymph. Ah well I guess another trip into the bush is warranted now

ok, sorry Hisssy cockroaches ARE not something i want in my house..If it hisses, we are really going to have issues!
