Can I keep Emperor Scorpioins on bark or is there something better to keep them on? Im sure there is so what would it be?

You could keep them on bark, but I think you'll better meet their needs by using 5 or 6 inches of well packed peat moss. I use a 60/40 mix of peat moss/vermiculite which helps hold up the humidity (they like it humid) and as they are burrowers, the deeper substrate allows them to do so. Add a simple water dish and some form of hide/slate piece and you'll be set.
