Hello everyone I was wondering where I could get a nice size frog tank. I will be keeping poison dart frogs. Also I would like one of those tanks that could be half water and half land. But any info on any frog tank would be great. Thanks

Best bet is to buy an aquarium since they are meant to hold water When you plant the tank, do not overplant it. You only need small bits of moss and whatever other plant you plan on putting in there, then allow them to grow into the tank. After some time, algae will form on the sides of the glass. You may want to keep the front glass somewhat clean so you can see your treasures, but the frogs actually prefer the algae to be there. I got this straight from Sarah and Melissa when we were at their house and I was checking out the breeding facility.
Good luck and post pics when you get them. We are still researching before we get ours and we want to get the cultures setup first.

I was thinking of the same thing just to use a regular aquarium. I was just making sure that there wasn't a special place that manufactured special tanks made for frogs. Oh one more thing since there are live plants planted into the tank you won't never be able to give it a good cleaning so how does it stay clean. Would't it grow bacteria ? Can anybody give me some feedback on this. Thanks.

Let me first qualify my response by saying I know little about set ups for frogs, but the impression I get from what I've read is that you're trying to set up a mini-ecosystem where most of your concerns balance out. It's certainly one of those things where you want to get the set up functional before dropping the frogs in...
Be sure to pass along the knowledge you gain as you pursue this...Dart Frogs are something I'd love to keep, but still have way too many doubts about my ability to do so...
