John, where was this pic taken? In our wood frogs (at least the ones I've seen) the bands on the legs are much more subdued! No mistaking the "racing stripes" down the back and the white line under the eyes though. Is it perhaps a very young specimen?

Do you have a photo album here on RTB? Or a website where I can look at all your pictures? Their quality is exceptional!

Thanks for the kind words regarding my photos!
This photo was taken in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia and is an adult. Wood frog coloration varies greatly amongst different populations. I've see them from almost pink to shades of brown to nearly black. I have some of my photos posted at:
