I would put more then one cricket in. Also be carfull buying them from pet stores. See how many dead crickets are in it. They often don't take out the dead crickets for days and mites will settle in on all the crickets in there.
I had about a 2 week battle with them in my 20 gallon because i didn't want to change my substrate. So I used every peticide known to man to kill them to no avail. I eventually gave up and just cleaned it. But it was really annoying because they were crawing out of the terrarium and all over my room. Very gross.
