I have wanted a beardie, and Saturday I finally got one! Whoohoo! The place that I always buy our feeders from had an adult male, cage and all for $160. I'd told the lady the week before that I was interested, but then car probs. popped up, so I had to reneg. So I went in Saturday, she put her arm around me and said take him home! She's letting me make payments, (anything over $5 a week) until I own him. I was so happy, I wanted to cry. Gold Star to Benita at Critters in Wooster, Ohio!
BTW, how difficult is it to start him on pellets at his age? He's 2. Not necessarily as a staple food, just for some variety? He seems to be a picky eater, so far.
And is there anything specific that Beardies just LOVE? I love this guy already, but can't decide what to call him. I want to make him so happy.
