Depends on what your looking for growing with babies is always nice. Babies tend to be a little flighty and Adults tend to be calm. BD's arent very long lived but like anything else who knows with the right type of environment. I don't think $100.00 is bad for an adult and 50 is definately not bad for a baby. One tidbit for you, so when you get one you'll know. BD's eat bugs as part of their diet. This includes just about anything, but never catch FireFlies and feed them to BD's this will kill them. Simply put it expoldes their hearts!
