My leos surprised me too. They layed eggs this year instead of next. So I have been doing some research and from what I have read it is a good idea to separate all babies or at least by size so that the smaller ones can get food too. I would suggest keeping the new hatchling alone. You can get a cheap red light from home depot or some harware store to put over the little guy for short term. That is what I have on mine, the light can be on 24 hours cuz they cant see that range of the spectrum. Hope that helps.
